very good printing machine. high quality prints. machine is very well built and operation is smooth. customer support is outstanding. jeremy is terrific on the front end for sales and Quan made set up so simple. between whatsapp text, remote access to computer and realavant screenshots of settings, setup was a breeze. i highly recomment this team and their equipment for your needs

Never thought single head printer are doing this great job. Speed fast since I use bidirection speed printing. 1440*1440dpi is far enough. It's with linear rail other than the round kind, I guess why it can print faster than others. Anyway, very happy about the qualtiy!

The product is really good quality. The after care is even better. I am beyond impressed with the setup and continued support afterwards. Quan and I never spoke but I feel like I know him. His knowledge is top notch. Jeremy was my sales rep and was professional from the beginning and continue to be. They truly made my experience going commercial an awesome one.

Amazing product! Exceptional service! I wish I would have paid extra to air ship to my country but it was worth the wait! It took a month by sea to port and then 14 days from port to front door. I was happy that Cosmox allowed me to pay ddp customs during initial purchase, therefore the process was smooth on arrival. The day I received the printer, Jeremy helped to set it up for print. We are in different time zone but I stayed awake to make it easy for everyone. I cannot believe it was same day received to print!! I had an Urgent order but my customer received their order the next day. I asked many many many questions but Cosmox Group was patient and understanding.! You are in good hands with Cosmox group!
