1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cosmoxprinter.com and your purchase of products from Shanghai Cosmox Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Cosmox," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Products & Specifications
We make every effort to display product specifications, images, and compatibility information accurately. However, due to ongoing product improvements, actual specifications may vary slightly from those listed. Product images are for illustration only. We will notify you of any material specification changes before shipping.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices on the website are EXW Guangzhou/Shanghai and do not include shipping, customs duties, or VAT/GST unless a DDP quote has been provided in writing.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (T/T), WesternUnion, Trade Assurance (Alibaba), or secure payment link.
- Orders are not processed until full payment is received and cleared.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
- A quotation or product listing does not constitute a binding offer. An order becomes binding only after we issue a written Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive your payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, transit times, and responsibilities are detailed in our Delivery Information page. Key points:
- Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Cosmox is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (EXW Our Factory), unless other shipping method is agreed.
- Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs for an insurance claim to be processed.
6. Warranty
- All printers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
- Consumable items (print head, ink, film, powder, dampers, wipers, capping stations) are not covered by warranty.
- The warranty is void if the printer has been modified, improperly maintained, operated outside specified environmental conditions, or damaged by accident, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
- Warranty claims require a remote diagnostic session (TeamViewer/WhatsApp video) to confirm the issue before parts are shipped.
7. Returns & Refunds
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
- We will, at our discretion, either ship replacement parts, arrange a repair, or issue a refund.
- Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the buyer's responsibility. Returned items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
- Custom-configured printers are non-refundable unless defective.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cosmoxprinter.com — including product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Shanghai Cosmox Industrial Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Cosmox's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product.
- Cosmox is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, production downtime, missed orders, or business interruption.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their intended use and operated by qualified personnel.
10. Technical Support
We provide free lifetime remote technical support via WhatsApp and email to the original purchaser of the printer. This covers installation guidance, software configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance advice for as long as you own the machine.
Support is non-transferable. If a printer is over 1 year and resold or transferred to a second owner, the new owner is not entitled to the free lifetime support plan. Second-owner technical support is available at our standard out-of-warranty service rates, billed per incident or via an annual support agreement. Original purchasers reselling a printer should notify us so we can update the ownership record.
On-site service is not included but may be arranged at additional cost for qualified technicians in select countries.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms or a product purchase shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) for binding arbitration.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
