DDP Shipping (Door-to-Door, Tax Included)

Packaging
All printers ship in plywood export crates with foam padding and moisture protection. Ink and consumables are packed separately in leak-proof containers.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against damage and loss. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours — we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email within 1–2 business days of shipment. Track your order 24/7 on the courier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
Unless you select DDP shipping, import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
