Cosmox Ink Circulation Pump – Continuous White Ink Flow for DTF, DTG , UV Printers to Prevent Sediment and Clogging

The Cosmox ink circulation pump is compatible with DTF (Direct to Film) printers, DTG (Direct to Garment) printers, and UV printers that use white ink. It works with most white ink circulation systems and can be integrated into new or existing printer setups.

A stirrer only agitates ink inside the tank. Ink that leaves the tank still settles in the lines, dampers, and printhead. A circulation pump moves white ink continuously through the entire system—tank to printhead and back—preventing sediment buildup everywhere. This is essential for reliable white ink printing.

By keeping white ink moving through the printhead even when not printing, the pump prevents heavy pigment particles from settling inside the nozzle plate. This reduces the need for frequent cleaning cycles and extends printhead life significantly.
